The extension

Punish AI inspects page structure to place its controls beside supported AI chats. It does not send your conversation text to our payment service. Selected reward and forgiveness actions send feedback prompts to the AI service in your current chat. Your AI provider processes those messages under its own policies.

Purchases and activation

The extension stores an installation secret and any activation key locally. It sends these over HTTPS to verify access. The service stores hashes used to verify access, purchase status, Stripe checkout and payment references, and creation time. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout; the application does not store card numbers.

Website

A secure purchase cookie links the confirmation page to the browser that started checkout. The extension may show a first-party sponsor link, without loading third-party advertising code. No optional analytics have been added. Hosting, newsletter, and payment providers may keep operational records needed to run their services.

If you choose free access, your email address and your three questionnaire answers are sent to beehiiv. Beehiiv sends a confirmation link first; access is released only after you confirm. It then delivers concise emails about the latest AI tools and what they are useful for, occasional Punish AI emails, and helps us understand the audience in aggregate. The access service keeps a one-way hash of the address, an activation-key hash, questionnaire answers, access status, and creation time. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. Unsubscribing stops emails; contact support if you also want the associated access record removed.

Contact form

If you contact us, we store the reason you selected, your email address, your message, and the submission time so we can read and respond to it.

Before public launch

Before public launch, the seller’s identity, support contact, retention periods, applicable refund terms, and privacy-request process must be completed in the live service settings.
